ReadyToWeddy is a free wedding planning resource. It offers a wedding checklist, planning guides and a personal planner that turns the checklist into a timeline for your date. You can use it without an account.

Everything on ReadyToWeddy, including tasks, timings, guides, tips, examples and answers, is general information to help you plan. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and it isn’t tailored to your circumstances.

• Suggested timings are typical windows, not deadlines, and your situation may differ.
• Cost, budget and contract guidance is general. Check the details of any agreement before you sign or pay.
• For advice about your own situation, speak to a qualified professional.

You’re responsible for the decisions you make and how you use the information.

Marriage licenses, ceremonies, witnesses, name changes, documents, permits and destination weddings depend on where you marry and on your personal circumstances, and the rules can change. Always confirm current requirements with the official authority where your legal ceremony takes place, and with any other relevant office, before relying on them.

ReadyToWeddy doesn’t book, recommend or endorse specific venues, vendors or products, and isn’t a party to any agreement you make with them. Choosing vendors, checking their terms, insurance and reviews, and paying them is between you and the vendor.

Where we mention our own sister products, GuestReel and LovelySeating, they’re optional. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Your personal plan is saved in your browser on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You own what you enter, and you’re responsible for it, including any details about other people.

Because your plan lives on your device, clearing your browser data, using private browsing or changing device can remove it, and we can’t restore it. Use the private link on the Wedding page, a calendar export or a printed copy if you want a backup. Keep private links to people you trust, since anyone with the link can open a copy of your plan.

Please don’t:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Copy or republish the Service or its content in bulk, or present it as your own;
• Use the Service or its content to mislead people, or to suggest we endorse you when we don’t.

We may limit or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

The ReadyToWeddy name, design, checklist, guides and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You’re welcome to use the Service for your own wedding, print checklists for personal use, and quote short passages with a credit and a link to the page you quoted. Search engines and AI assistants may index and cite our public pages. For anything else, such as republishing whole pages or using our content commercially, please ask us first.

The Service may link to other websites and official sources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.

ReadyToWeddy is free. We may change, add or remove features, content or pages, and we may pause or stop the Service. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, and we welcome corrections at team@readytoweddy.com.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyToWeddy and Growth Developers FZE aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, money, bookings or opportunities, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t remove any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
